I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Nursing is an evolving scientific discipline. In the recent years, major thrust is placed upon integration of research evidences in to the practice of nursing to improve the quality of nursing care. Being a vital aspect of the profession, nursing education is concerned with the delivery of knowledge, attitude and practice to the future generation.
Unfortunately, nurse professionals are less concerned with the integration of research evidences in to the practice of nursing in India. Most of the Indian books in this field fail to kindle and interest in the subject among the students, since they lack a scientific approach.
