I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

AS AN EXECUTIVE COACH for over forty years, I have made it my goal to help great leaders get even better. As my clients know, what I teach is easy to understand yet difficult to do. Change is hard! We know that our habits, lifestyles, and leadership behaviors hold us back from being able to get better, but we still fall back into the same patterns time and again.
Compassionate Accountability is the leadership standard of the future. It requires that leaders be engaged and intentional about their interactions with their teams and the behaviors that impact them. This strikes at the heart of positive, lasting change—combining accountability and repeated follow-up, while building trust and vulnerability within the team.
