ABSTRACT: In this article, a new computer assisted surgery (CAS) graphical user interface (GUI)
for DI-COM analysis and segmentation is proposed. This new tool sums up a wide range of segmenta-
tion algorithms ranging from manual segmentation to a 3D fully automatic segmentation in a very user-
