New to Office 365 is Microsoft Flow, which makes it easier to create workflows. It will work across Office 365, but we will concentrate on its use in SharePoint and Forms.
For our example, we will create an Equipment Request list as shown in Figure 47. We add columns for the submission date, required date, manager name and email,1 cost, and so on. We use Microsoft Flow to get approval from the manager and, if approved, email the purchasing manager.
