It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Customizing with the Playback and Set-up Menus
In the last two chapters, I introduced you to the layout and general functions of the Canon EOS 5D Mark IV’s menu system, with specifics on how to customize your camera with the Shooting and Autofocus menus. In this chapter, you’ll learn how to work with the Playback and four Setup menus.
