So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

¿Cómo se hace?
Tras fijar el POV o los principios de diseño (Brief), se trata de configurar preguntas que ayuden a hacer estallar la creatividad de generación de soluciones.
Por lo general, usamos la pregunta HMW (How migth we) para hacer el problema nuestro y retarnos a solucionarlo. La pregunta HMW no debe ser ni muy estrecha (solución evidente) ni demasiado amplia (pérdida del foco).
