So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

on roles, such as change management and project management. Who wants to do that?
I am not going to try to convince you this is a fantastic part of your job or that it is easy.
It is not. But, as was said before, its successful execution means that you actually get to
build that “oh, so wonderful Essbase application that my company can never live with-
out” and it does not necessarily have to be painful. Given how much you are impacted
by the successful delivery of a project, you need to be good at project management even
if you do not like it. Hopefully, the next few sections will give you the tools needed ...
