So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Part 3 An Ontological Framework for Consistent Data Models
Part 2 introduced general principles for data models that if followed, will prevent many of the problems found in data models. However, the problem they do not solve is how to limit the variability in data models produced between different data modelers. This requires a common view of the world and a common approach to modeling it. This is a real issue for data modeling teams who are responsible for different parts of large conceptual, integration, or enterprise data models.
