The People and Organizational Dimension
In part B of this book, I want us to look at what is at the core of everything we do: our people. Without people, nothing would happen in our organizations. The challenge, of course, is that most of your people have been exposed to the legacy way of working. You have legacy applications that people tend to complain about, but you likely also have “legacy people with a legacy mind-set.” So, how do you shift your workforce away from this legacy way of thinking? And how do you structure your organization in the most supportive way for good delivery outcomes? Part B of this book will look at a few different aspects of legacy thinking that you need to break or shift.
