So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It was a Thursday evening, a week after Thanksgiving, but Andrea and her daughter Natalie were far from thankful. Natalie, a junior in high school, was tightly wrapped in a blanket on my sofa. Her mother sat cross-legged next to her. It was clear that Natalie was hurt and that Andrea was angry. “It’s not working.
