It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the best things about digital photography is being able to view your pictures right away. This lets you see whether you got the shot you wanted or need to try again. But on most cameras, viewing your images is just the start of the things you can do after you put the camera in playback mode.
