It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Distributed work with channels
We are certain about three things now: we want to distribute our orders among the cashiers correctly, we want to ensure that the correct number of orders are processed by each cashier, and we want to use channels to solve this problem. Before we address how to solve the cashier problem using channels, let's first look at the basic syntax and usage of a channel.
