So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

In the previous chapter, Chapter 5, Introducing Goophr, we split our application into two components: Concierge and Librarian. In this chapter, we shall look at the design and implementation of Concierge. The following are the major sections in this chapter:
