So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Description
An indexdiv identifies a section of an
index. An index might be divided into sections in
order to group entries, usually alphabetically.
An index may contain any number of indexentry
or indexdiv elements, but it cannot contain a mixture
of both at the same level.
