The following is a short quiz to help you understand your strengths and challenges within the Effectiveness Architecture.

For each question, give yourself the following points:

• 1: I’m not good at this at all
• 2: I’m not great at this
• 3: I’m okay at this
• 4: I’m pretty good at this
• 5: I really excel at this

Once you’ve taken all sections, total up your scores and compare. Where do you see yourself as being stronger, and where do you see more challenges? There are no objectively “high” or “low” scores—only where you yourself perceive relatively more capability. Understanding this helps you better navigate the workplace (and honestly—the world!).
