Similar to the significant terms aggregation, this returns information based on texts and not terms. For example, it suggests H5N1 when the users look for bird flu in a text to expand queries. So this is again one step ahead of what significant terms aggregation is doing. So when a user provides the search text, the other significant terms are computed between foreground and background set of documents and displayed to the user.
