Empowerment and Engagement
In Chapters 5, 6 and 7 I talked about the theory behind the TLS Continuum Empowerment Model. The presentation of a concept is fine, but for many of us we do not learn from a written presentation. Some of us have to hear it. Others have to be able to visualize the concept. The TLS Continuum Empowerment Model is just such a potential dilemma.
The TLS Continuum Empowerment Model is designed in such a manner as to provide you with a roadmap for how to change your organization from a classical organization into an empowered one.
