The ultimate objective of any JMS application development effort is that the application is deployed in the enterprise, fulfilling the purpose for which it was designed. To conclude our examination of enterprise messaging using JMS and IBM WebSphere, we review a number of considerations associated with deploying JMS applications within the enterprise. We focus on the operating environment for the JMS client, as provided by WebSphere Application Server, and its enterprise-level JMS provider implemented by WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Business Integration Message Broker.
