Airborne Measurement Methods

Volatile organic compounds were assessed using the following metrics: 1) total vola-

tile organic compounds (TVOC) with direct reading measurements methods; 2) vola-

tile organic compounds (VOC) with a standard integrated sampling and analytical

method. Ammonia, a specific ingredient with known respiratory effects, was also as-

sessed concurrently with other VOC metrics. The following measurement methods

were used during the simulations:
