So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Why are ethics important in coaching?
As I sit down to write this chapter on ethics, I’m utterly convinced that what we have here is one of the most important and stimulating topics in coaching today. I am not making this statement from the dark recesses of an inflated ego or as a deluded attempt to affirm my self-importance, but rather from the conviction that a) sound ethics are the essence and underpinning of good coaching, and that b) people acting as professional coaches must adhere to the highest standards of responsibility and accountability to protect the interests of the coachee.
