I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

What is coaching supervision?
In the exponential growth and development of coaching in the last 35 years (Hawkins, 2014c) we often forget that coaching is not done by a coach. Coaching is always a collaborative, co-creative and triangulated endeavour that involves at a minimum a coachee, a coach and a challenge or challenges life is presenting. Each part of the triangle has its role to play and each is necessarily part of the systemic process.
