So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I have recently been rereading the weekly messages from the last twelve months in preparation for compiling a selection of them into this book. As I was working to arrange them, I noticed one consistent theme that continued to emerge. This theme seemed to underlie the content and direction of all the weekly messages, whether the subject was conflict of interest, happiness, persistence, or ethical wealth. Perhaps this is because this theme is one that resonates for me, or perhaps this is some sort of bedrock teaching, or perhaps I’m just not very versatile.
