I would like to dedicate this book to JP, who once accused me of being tight. This was during a particular stormy night in a hotel bar in London where, as a very close group of friends, we were discussing what we least liked about each other's personalities. I would like to put the record straight and admit that he was probably right those many, many years ago and also take the chance to say thank you for pointing it out to me in front of everyone.
