I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

I would like to dedicate this book to JP, who once accused me of being tight. This was during a particular stormy night in a hotel bar in London where, as a very close group of friends, we were discussing what we least liked about each other's personalities. I would like to put the record straight and admit that he was probably right those many, many years ago and also take the chance to say thank you for pointing it out to me in front of everyone. If I was not careful with money in business then I would not have been able to create the business I have today or even have the basics with which to write this book on freesourcing.
