I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Living the transformational life for the past eight months or so has been such a gift. Some call it the midlife crisis. We can get so caught up in what others think of us—where we are personally and professionally. I call it transformation time, and I love it. I’m moving! I’m growing! I’m dancing! It’s so rewarding. I’m no longer looking for approval. Words cannot even describe the power.
