What I am beginning to learn at the age 53 is how to live in the moment—how to pause . . . look about. . . as I walk to the bank, drive my beautiful children to school, even as I put out the garbage in the fresh early hours of the morning. I think about the incredible natural and spiritual beauty that surrounds me. I look, I feel, I appreciate, and I'm thankful.
