5.10 VOUCHING OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF TRANSACTIONS
Vouching of Capital Expenditure
Capital expenditure means the expenditure relating to purchase of fi xed assets. In order to vouch these types
of transactions, it is to be seen the authenticity of the transaction, that it is properly authorised by authority
and the amount of transaction is duly capitalized.

(i) Title deed (ii) Mortgage Deed in case of mortgaged property (iii) Broker’s Note (iv) Contract (v) Receipts
