It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Now that you have some Groovy basics under your belt, we’re ready to get into Grails. Over the next 11 chapters, we’ll be exploring most areas of the Grails framework. We won’t spend a great deal of time on any one feature, and we may not cover every aspect of Grails.
