It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Search API
The Bing Search API, as its name suggests, is the exposed service version of Bing search. Using the Search API, you can create customized/tailored search queries and serve content to your users through your application. These search queries are highly customizable, just like the result set.
The Search API offers a rich set of features that help you to integrate web content into mobile apps. Each of these features can abide the custom configuration you have set up, hence defining the search scope and restricting the results to certain criteria.
