So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, we highlighted the requirements for cost-efficient IT solutions that often arise nowadays. We described why and how big companies such as Amazon failed to force old architectural patterns to work smoothly in current cloud-based distributed environments.
We also established the need for new architectural patterns and programming techniques to fulfill the ever-growing demand for convenient, efficient, and intelligent digital services.
