I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 32. Conclusion
Your company will face disaster and adversity. Even more deadly, it will face tedious minutiae and blandness. As the CEO, it is your job to keep your head up: to watch where the company is going, challenge the direction, and make sure that the company is executing against its most important goals.
This may or may not come naturally to you, but do not let a day go by where you are not thinking about it.
