It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As a startup CEO, there is no shortage of things for you to manage. And while you’re recruiting a team, building a board, and managing stock and patents and company spending and fundraising, somehow also maintaining good relationships with your cofounders and executive team sounds like a pretty tall order.
But that’s the job.
