A chart thesaurus

In 2016, I set about the task of expanding the range of charts in regular use at the Financial Times. Doing so would involve introducing unfamiliar chart forms to everyone across the newsroom, not just my colleagues in the Visual journalism team. But how to do it? An email newsletter? A website? An app? I considered and discarded various approaches. None seemed to hit the spot I was aiming for.
