One moment you think you should say ‘yes’, but then two minutes later ‘no’ seems a much better idea. The more you think about it the more muddled you are. None of the alternatives feels right. You daren’t make the wrong decision, but you don’t know what the right decision is. Panic sets in and before you know it it’s four in the morning and you are still trying to get to sleep. Indecision can be misery.
