I will now describe the HTML5 features and the programming techniques used to address the requirements for the origami directions project. The best approach is to start with the overall mechanism for presenting steps, and then explain how I derived the first set of values for the positions. Then I’ll explain the utility functions for drawing the valley, mountain, and arrows, and for calculating intersection points and proportions.
