It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Before creating a PCIXCC new authority index, you need to generate a signature
key for the index. To generate this key, select the Authorities tab and then
right-click the Authorities panel, as shown in Figure 4-48 on page 119. Then
select Generate Signature Key.
