If the key type is USER DEFINED then the Load Operational Key Part
Register window is displayed with a drop down menu of available control
vectors, as show on Figure 4-65

You select the control vector for the key to be loaded. After the control vector
has been selected, the Enter Key Value window is displayed. Once the binary
file is read or the key part is entered, the “Key part information” window is
displayed. Click Load key to complete the key part load.
