Neural Modeling of Polynomial Image Interpolation
4.1 Introduction
Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are efficient optimization tools that have emerged to simulate the methods of human thinking. These networks have certain structures based on neurons and activation functions. Researchers have shown that the human brain stores information in the form of patterns. ANNs are massively parallel networks designed to do the same task. They are used in modeling to save certain patterns in databases that are further used for pattern matching [37].
