I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Build options
You can change the advanced configuration options for your build definition. These options include a description, the format of the build number, and the automated creation of work items on failures and times. To set this up, go through the following steps:
- Click on the Options tab. You should arrive at the following screen:
- Now, create your build number format. If this field is left empty, then the build number for your application will be set to an ever-increasing number that will increase by 1 with every build.
