A common way of automating workflows is scheduling them to run on a specific date and time or on a fixed interval. Instead of specifying a schedule for every workflow, shared schedules can be created and reused in runbooks. To create a new schedule, first, open the list of all schedules. After that, a new schedule can be added, as shown in the following screenshot:
