I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How Azure DevOps is organized
The top-level construct in Azure DevOps is called an organization. For most companies, a total of one organization will suffice, but it is allowed to create more than one.
Each Azure DevOps organization is hosted in a specific region. Most of the data (source code and work items) for the organization is guaranteed to be located in the region for the organization, but some information is always stored in other data centers due to the global reach of the service.
