Creating a pool using full clones

The process used to create full clone desktop pools is similar to that used to create a linked clone pool. As discussed previously, it is assumed that you already have a virtual desktop master image that you have converted to a vSphere template.

The structure of a full clone Horizon desktop is no different than that of your typical virtual machine. Each one is created by doing a simple clone of a master image, and the resulting virtual machine is typically managed using the same techniques as physical desktops.
