DFSDDLT0 BMPs to demonstrate deadlocks
The setup is similar to the two DFSDDLT0 jobs above, but the intent here is to create a
deadlock so that we can examine the resulting recovery activity.

DEDLOCK1 would be run on IM1A executing in an initiator in OS/390 system SC53TS. The
sequence of calls is:
GHU to segment DISTRICT in the DISTDB with Key=002110.
REPL the data in that particular segment.
