I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

If the resource structure and its duplex (if applicable) fail, and CQS can allocate a new
structure, CQS notifies RM to repopulate the structure. RM repopulates the structure from
information in its local control blocks.
Resource structures are defined with system-managed rebuild, so OS/390 automatically
rebuilds the structure when no CQS is up to build the structure. OS/390 cannot rebuild the
structure if the structure fails or if OS/390 loses connectivity to the structure.
