So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

resources (HR). Helping HR understand the skill levels and type of person who
will work well on the team is important. HR is also the keeper of policies and pro-
cedures so having their help in revisions and updates is vital. Most HR professionals
