About the Author
Sumati Varma is an associate professor at the Department of Commerce at University of Delhi and has taught both undergraduate and postgraduate classes for the past two decades. She was awarded the prestigious post doctoral International Visitor Leadership Programme (IVLP) fellowship in 2011, by the US Department of State, for her contribution to the first ever programme on American Studies for Indian Universities.
