So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The following constructors are defined by the class javax.jms.IllegalStateException.
IllegalStateException(String)
public IllegalStateException(java.lang.String reason)
Constructs an IllegalStateException with the specified reason. The error code defaults to null.

reason a description of the exception
IllegalStateException(String, String)
public IllegalStateException(java.lang.String reason, java.lang.String errorCode)
Constructs an IllegalStateException with the specified reason and error code.
