So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

A preconfigured JMS object. The Java Message Service (JMS) API has two kinds of administered objects: JMS connection factories and destinations. These objects are created by an administrator for the use of JMS clients and are placed in a Java Naming and Directory Interface (JNDI) API namespace.
