Sometimes leaders are able to enroll their entire group of 360-degree-feed-back respondents by meeting with them together and thanking them for their feedback. If they feel comfortable with your asking them for coaching without your leaving the room, they may suggest something they can do as a group to help you, such as flashing a private signal in a meeting when you're straying off course or agreeing to give you further feedback. Such a step requires a willingness on the leader's part to be vulnerable, but it models something very important to the group—the need for openness and communication.
