When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

BART EGNAL, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, THE HUMPHREY GROUP INC.
Bart's career has focused on assisting individuals and organizations to develop leadership communication skills. He has spent over a decade working with senior executives and their teams to help them speak as influential, inspirational leaders. His passion is helping individuals and organizations define and communicate ideas that lead to business results.
He began his career with The Humphrey Group in Toronto as a speech writer and coach, and has taken on progressively more senior roles. In 2009 he opened the firm's Vancouver office, in 2011 the firm's Calgary office, and in 2013 oversaw the firm's entry into Mexico. He assumed the CEO role in January 2014 and oversees The Humphrey Group's global growth.
Today, Bart continues to work as an executive coach while designing and leading enterprise-wide programs that foster leadership through communication at all levels. He also works in a communication advisory capacity in areas such as talent management, diversity, investor relations, and on regulated hearings. He writes on leadership communication for leading publications including the Globe & Mail, the Huffington Post, and PROFIT magazine. In 2015 Bart was a receipient of the International Alliance of Women's TIAQ World of Difference 100 Award.
