Up to now we have discussed the fundamental supply chain functions of the SCOR model (plan, source, make, deliver, and return) in terms of how technology can enable and enhance leanness. However, we still need to discuss the effectiveness of these processes and their accompanying technologies. That is where the topic of measurement and analysis comes into play.
