I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Up to now we have discussed the fundamental supply chain functions of the SCOR model (plan, source, make, deliver, and return) in terms of how technology can enable and enhance leanness. However, we still need to discuss the effectiveness of these processes and their accompanying technologies. That is where the topic of measurement and analysis comes into play. According to a Bain & Company survey of 300 global companies, “68% of managers think they have failed to optimize their supply chain savings.
